The first part is a blur, but basically I was just hanging out with this ex boyfriend of mine. Its not the first time this dream has happened. It was with a different ex than usual though...and hopefully this doesn't make me sound like complete creep. (These dreams are NOT regular occurrences, just so everyone is fully aware.) We were just doing things we used to do all the time...I woke up to my stupid phone vibrating and throwing off my dream. I woke up feeling empty and thoroughly heartbroken. Its weird how realizing that reality is back can make you hurt all over again. Like you're reliving the saddest part of your breakup.
The second part happened after I fell asleep for the second time. This Asian girl...(who wasn't very Asian at all..but in my brain, she registered as some Asian chick. She had a line of 5 children that were standing behind some metal counter in a big utility kitchen. Like the kind you might have seen in Jurassic Park. They were bloody and looked like they'd been having a rough night. Next, a male doctor presented himself. He was coming for the Asian girl. The kids kept making noise as if it were almost on purpose! She was starting to get frustrated. The doctor noticed the children and started to make his way toward them. His face was unrecognizable to me at this point...as in he was just a figure with a doctor coat on, but my brain registered male and doctor.
He continued to make his way over to the table, and the girl was not going down without a fight. She somehow managed to pin him to one of the metal counters and grabbed one of the biggest knives she could find.
This next part gets a little graphic, so please don't judge me for what I'm about to say. I've watched WAYYY too many slasher movies, apparently, so my mind quite often refers to the vast amount of terrible horror cinema I've stored so elegantly in the blackest part of my psyche.
Anyway...she has him pinned on the table and (I think this is when I noticed her as an Asian and his face became apparent..it was nobody I knew..no celebrity. Imagined people, this time) slices him from the mouth to the back of his neck and up through his throat. (Naturally, I woke up in a bit of a sweat..I don't enjoy seeing these kind of things). She gets off him, after the deed had been done, and starts to walk toward the children as if to save them, and it shows Doctor opening his eyes, coughing out black blood, and sitting up to crack his neck back into place. He whips his head in her direction...and that's where my dream ends. Perfect timing, right?
Anyway...depiction time. Or, I guess the more appropriate term, interpretation time.
Asian Girl
First I learned what a girl in your dream can mean. She can mean several different things, and if you KNOW her, you should consider the context of your feelings toward this girl and see if they're relevant to your dream. In my case, she is a figment of my imagination, thusly this is what I came up with.
Girl:The key characteristics that stand out about her in the dream, such as humor, acceptance, femininity, intelligence, etc.
She was intelligent and feminine in her desire to be nurturing to the small children she was protecting.
Asian: Nationality, ethnicity, or culture can represent the actual country or continent, its people, its culture, or really anything that you personally associate with that area of the world. Consider what comes to mind when you think of that area and its culture, and the context in which it appears in your dream.
I've been obsessing over Thailand lately. I've been talking about it in almost any new situation I come across..aka when I'm doing someone's hair. Thailand comes up. That explains that.
5 Children
Child: A feeling of responsibility for something or someone else in your life. Or a need to pay more attention to your needs or take better care of yourself in some way.
Well..that definitely makes a lot of sense. I'm making a lot of EXTREME changes in my life and I feel a lot of pressure to be more responsible in that regard.
5: Magic or miracles. Awe, such as when you see a twinkling or shooting star.
Hmm...That's interesting...Kind of weird to toss into the mix. haha
Number: A specific number can be significant itself (1 can represent championship or being alone). Dreaming about numbers can also mean that your logical mind is working hard, perhaps trying to understand or solve a challenge in your life. Numbers in dreams can have other meanings, depending on context and the particular dream. Consider any personal meaning the number might have, as well as how the number made you feel during the dream. See also the particular number you dreamed about.
I honestly don't see the significance in that...I'm trying to think of what "5" means to me, and I got nothin. OK..pressing onward.
Utility Kitchen: Activities or events (for example, a kitchen representing nourishment of body, mind, emotions, or soul.
Ok...There were several definitions for this, but this one was most applicable to me. Like I said earlier, I'm making a lot of EXTREME personal changes. Cool.
Bloody:
Life force, life energy, or the essence of humanity.
Someone being injured and losing blood can represent a situation in your real life where you feel someone is in a weakened state.Ok..I'm running through my present life...I could see that. There are SEVERAL people in weakened states...But the one losing blood was the Doctor. Weird.
Male: Stereotypical masculine characteristics such as protectiveness, strength, assertiveness or aggression, or logical thinking.Doctor: A doctor, therapist, or other healing professional can represent healing someone or something, or fixing a problem.
Hmm...He was definitely aggressive...but I can't see him trying to represent healing..unless that comes from him being a friggin' ZOMBIE and healing his broken friggin' NECK!
Noise being made: Chaos or stress. Or the presence of someone else.
That is pretty self explanatory.
Well..that's the depiction. And the dream itself. Welcome the mad MAD world of BTown.
More to come...I wonder if maybe this went on for too long. Maybe I'll just write the context of my dreams down instead of interpreting them..I'll just do the defining things on my own time. Its probably not as interesting to you as it could be to me. Cool.
Well..dream number one, complete. :) See ya tomorrow morning!
xxo.
